America's Red Rock Wilderness Act Is Re-Introduced in Congress with Broad National Support 

On April 2, 2009, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Representative Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) re-introduced America's Red Rock Wilderness Act, a bill that would permanently protect 9.4 million acres of redrock wilderness from drilling and mining, off-road vehicle damage, and other threats to this majestic landscape.
